Conflict Management
Participants will be guided to define common issues, investigate problems, and rehearse on-the-job solutions. Programs can be built around particular issues that the organization indicates are sources of internal conflict or can be tailored to lead to discovery of the core problem. Exercises and simulations promote creative interaction in a safe, yet challenging, environment.
Training will focus on:

• Determination of causes
• Recognizing emotional responses
