| Everyone in the business world is called upon to make decisions every day. Often your managers and employees face apparently conflicting demands because of personal beliefs, social responsibility, and corporate needs. Our training uses exercises to help people become aware of the nature of the conflicts and develop tools for balanced decision-making. Interactive Simulations designed to reflect your employees’ experience give participants an opportunity to try out actions in truthful, but non-threatening, circumstances. Additional training focuses on open dialogue as the best tool for determining ethical action. |
